Coach Outlet Store To Open At Centralia Outlets

Tacoma, WA.  – November 23, 2009 – Sandra Smith, Sr. Vice President of Real Estate and Finance for the R.K. Getty Corp., announced negotiations were finalized with the Coach Corporation and a lease was signed for a Coach Outlet Store at Centralia Outlets.  A grand opening has been scheduled for February 12, 2010.  The store will have over 4400 square feet of retail space and will be located at 1310 Lum Road.   “Coach has been at the top of the list of desired new tenants for our leasing and management team for quite some time. Our team is elated to have this goal finally realized. The leasing and management team are working with several other top outlet tenants and expect to announce additional tenants that will open along with Coach in February 2010.” stated Smith.

Coach is a leading American marketer of fine handbags, small leather goods, business cases, and other related accessories.  Currently there are about 400 Coach stores in the United States and Canada.  Coach is one of the best-recognized accessories brands in the United States. Coach joins approximately thirty other tenants in the outlet center, including national brands Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Van Heusen, Helly Hansen, and Easy Spirit, among others.  New stores that opened within the past year at Centralia Outlets include Bath and Bodyworks Outlet, Gymboree Outlet, Volcom and Aeropostale.

The Centralia Outlets opened in 1988, becoming the first outlet shopping center in the Pacific Northwest. It has long been recognized by travelers as a preferred stopping point on the trip between Seattle and Portland. The center completed a major renovation in 2008, which transformed the center to an upscale northwest look, enhancing the shopping experience for its customers.
